About the role

The Regional Manager – Gold Loans is responsible for driving business growth, portfolio quality, profitability, operational excellence, and risk management across the designated region. The role ensures achievement of disbursement, revenue, collection, and customer acquisition targets while maintaining strict adherence to gold valuation standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and asset safety protocols.

What you'll do

• Lead Area Heads/Branch Managers to build a high-performance sales and service culture
• Drive customer acquisition and market expansion across the region
• Develop partnerships, local marketing initiatives, and referral networks to increase wallet share
• Ensure superior customer service and retention across all branches
• Drive repeat business and customer engagement initiatives
