RIS ServiceNow Solution Architect Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our Digital Core ServiceNow Solutioning team. In this role, candidate will own end-to-end solutioning for complex ServiceNow engagements. Successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery leads, and technical teams to architect scalable, platform-aligned solutions that drive measurable business value.

What you'll do

• Lead solution design and architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow architectures and technical blueprints
• Drive pre-sales and solutioning activities including RFP responses, effort estimation, solution proposals and client presentations
• Act as the technical authority in client workshops, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and platform capabilities
• Define integration patterns, data models and governance frameworks in collaboration with enterprise architects and delivery teams

What you need
