Risk & Compliance Manager - Health & Safety

About the role

As the Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Atlas' Health & Safety (H&S) program across 160+ Atlas countries. You will work closely with the Director of Risk & Compliance to design and implement a global occupational health & safety (OHS) program from the ground up, tailored to the diverse industries and risk profiles of Atlas' EOR client base.

• Hazard & Risk Assessment – Conduct workplace hazard identification and risk assessments across varied client industries and work environments (office, remote, field
• Research & Regulatory Intelligence – Lead the research component of the H&S program, maintaining a database of country-specific OHS rules, regulations
• Train Operations teams on utilization and incident recording
• Safety Training & Awareness – Support the design and delivery of OHS training programs (e.g., workplace safety, ergonomics
