About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Risk, Assurance and Controls (RAC) team, which forms the second line of defence for Vodafone Group. This role focuses on performing quality reviews and end-to-end testing of controls around high-risk policies and processes, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.

What you'll do

• Conduct testing of controls across various high-risk policies and processes
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assurance reviews
• Act as the primary contact for Policy Champions, providing guidance and feedback
• Identify and recommend improvements to strengthen control frameworks
• Track and monitor mitigation actions to close gaps effectively

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• Chartered Accountant
