Risk Management Senior Associate

About the role

The Risk Management Senior Associate is responsible for assisting with the monitoring of compliance with firm policy and industry regulations regarding all business functions including ORM, line of business (LOB) and key department processes and control activities.

What you'll do

• Responsible for assisting with the monitoring of compliance with firm policy and industry regulations regarding all business functions including ORM
• Support the audit and monitoring program in India, ensuring compliance with firm policies, professional standards, regulatory requirements
• Create compliance audit working files sufficient to maintain thorough documentation, relevant evidence, and tracking monitoring efforts
• Collaborate with process owners to understand the causes and effects of issues encountered to help the business continually understand risks and assess processes
• Support the maintenance of risk registers, conduct risk assessments, monitor risk indicators, and identify emerging risks and control gaps
