Risk Policy Head SMB Lending

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Risk and Policy Head to oversee and manage the risk and policy framework. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing risk and policy within the financial sector.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement appropriate policies, products, and risk metrics
• Lead the development of credit policies and ensure they meet market requirements
• Design and execute impactful campaigns aimed at enhancing operational efficiency
• Create and implement processes and controls for managing non-credit risks, including compliance, fraud, liquidity, and operational risks
• Ensure that credit exposure aligns with established credit policies, procedures, standards, and capital requirements
