Risk:Portfolio Risk Head - SCF & Consumer Loans

About the role

Risk & Policy team is responsible for managing credit risk for the Retail lending portfolio. Job entails defining policy norms for sourcing & underwriting of retail products, monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring that delinquency & credit losses are within the acceptable thresholds. This role requires close interaction with key stakeholders including Product incl DBAT, Sales, Credit, Operations, BIU, FCI & Collections.

What you'll do

• KRAs would include the following
• Discussion of policy requirements with key stakeholders & getting the same approved
• Formulating and executing risk based underwriting strategies as per defined loss budget
• Implementation of policy rules in system (Blaze)
• Managing the Digital Risk framework from credit risk perspective

What you need

• 15–20 yrs of experience
• Credit appraisal
• Audit
• Data analysis
• Statistics
• Channel sales
• SAS
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
