About the role

National Sales Manager are a part of the Bank's sales force , responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Specifications and Field marketing in the assigned zone with the help of Zonal Sales Manager, Regional Sales managers, Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers . This team is primarily responsible to manage the customers, service and retain them for the bank and explore new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Manage the Sales Managers and relationship officers to achieve the sales targets across products (Commercial Vehicles Strategic) across the various assigned channels
• Achieve or exceed sales volume, market share, penetration percentage and margins (profitability) in the Zone allocated
• Review the business productivity – Product Wise Target v/s Achievement Analysis of team
• Execute Strategic plans and reviews in Sales, prepare and complete action plans in sales and implement sales processes
• Drive a high level of productivity, quality and customer service standards, have a solution oriented approach, help audits and implement and manage change
