  • Achieve 55, 75, and 100 Lacs TPP and banking targets
  • Individual PBG Targets across TPP (40%)
  • Meet absolute targets measured by achievement over target
  • Banking Targets - Individual (10%)
  • Achieve banking targets focusing on defined income objectives. Ensure base penetration with relevant products
