  • Manage a team of Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager of respective Loan Center
  • Responsible for Disbursements of all products in the Loan Center
  • Responsible of satisfactory services to Customer at the Loan Centers
  • Training the team to handle activities as per prevailing policies
  • Monitoring and Tracking Operations and Customer Service Metrics
