We are seeking an experienced and organized Room Division Manager to join our hospitality team in Mysuru, India. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, implement quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across all room division functions.

What you'll do

• Supervise and manage housekeeping and front office staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction
• Monitor room inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment to maintain optimal property conditions
• Manage departmental budgets, control labor costs, and optimize resource allocation
