About the role

As a ROW Leave Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees have a smooth and efficient leave experience. You will be responsible for processing leave requests, maintaining accurate leave records, and providing guidance and support to employees regarding leave policies and procedures.

What you'll do

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding leave policies and procedures
Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of leave-related policies and procedures
Managing Rest of the world LMS Audits
Stay up-to-date with changes in leave laws and regulations to ensure compliance
