RP&F - Fees-CO:Product Manager NPS

About the role

The role will be responsible for developing and scaling the National Pension System (NPS) franchise across the Bank’s customer and distribution channels. The incumbent will drive NPS business while ensuring adherence to regulatory, operational and service-quality standards.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end NPS product proposition across relevant customer segments
• Drive achievement of the annual Number of Accounts (NOA), AUM & Fee target for NPS
• Track target versus achievement across channels and customer segments through structured MIS and periodic
• Identify and implement key process-streamlining initiatives that deliver measurable business, customer-experience
• Operational-efficiency or revenue impact

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• MIS reporting
• KYC
• Complaint handling
• Any graduate
