About the role

They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the receivables/collections business of the bank About the Role The Portfolio Head handles PAN INDIA collection across buckets along with various collection channels. Portfolio Head ensures resolution across buckets and manages the portfolio as per the existing process.

What you'll do

• Prepare & execute collections plan, set targets and develop case specific strategies to recover overdue
• Achieve the required resolution target as per the business requirement
• Ensure minimum forward flow to the next bucket
• Inventory management basis quarterly targets/ risk benchmarks @ 30DPD+, 90DPD+ & 180DPD+
• Net NPA Performance against the targets for the month

What you need

• 15–20 yrs of experience
