What you'll do

• Responsible for resolution of IT hardware asset record discrepancies and where appropriate
• Ensure to follow the IT asset management policies, processes and procedures for each specific customer and is responsible for the quality of the IT hardware data
• Verify all necessary tools are in place and functioning properly. Make sure all necessary processes are documented. Show eagerness to learn and grow in a ITAM role
• Ensure metrics are green
• Identify gaps between delivery team and delivery model capability and contractual requirements

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
