About the role

The Product Specialist should know the product better than a normal sales or support executive. What the product does. How the product works. Who should use each feature. Which plan is suitable for different customers. What the limitations are. What common questions customers have. What customers are requesting.

What you'll do

• Your core responsibility is to become a strong product expert and make sure the right product information reaches the right person
• Product → Sales → Customer → Support → Development
• Learn our SaaS products in detail
• Product roadmap where applicable
• You should be able to answer detailed product questions accurately

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Customer success
• Sales
• Customer handling
• SQL
• HTML
• CSS
• BCA or MCA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc

Good to have

• PHP
• Business analysis
• JavaScript
• Roadmapping
