About the role

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will: Lead the implementation of HSSE strategy, policies, and systems across country operations. Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across teams and sites. Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering. Certified in safety discipline (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).

What you'll do

• Reporting to the Country Manager, you will: Lead the implementation of HSSE strategy, policies, and systems across country operations
• Translate global HSSE strategy into actionable country-level plans aligned with regulations and client requirements
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant safety standards
• Drive HSSE audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning
• Lead incident investigations, including serious and fatal incidents, and ensure CAPA implementation

What you need

• 12–15 yrs of experience
• Safety management
• ISO 9001
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
