Safety Manager 3

About the role

You will partner closely with operations teams to implement and execute security, health, and safety standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with operations teams to implement and execute security, health, and safety standards, policies
• Lead initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate security, physical, and workplace risks, fostering a culture of safety, security, and well-being for employees
• Lead the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across repair factory operations
• Drive a proactive safety culture by coaching leaders, engaging employees and contractors, and promoting safe behaviors at all levels
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments , including HIRA, HAZOP, JSA, FMEA, ergonomic, and fire risk assessments

What you need

• 12–15 years in civil & construction
• Safety management
• FMEA
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
