Safety Manager for Real Estate - Punawale location

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead and manage all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities at our real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, ensuring statutory compliance, conducting safety inspections and audits, and creating a strong safety culture across project sites.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures across construction projects
• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory safety regulations and company safety standards
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe practices and ensure timely corrective actions
• Prepare and implement project-specific safety plans and emergency response plans
