About the role

The Site Safety Officer (FMCC) is tasked with ensuring the implementation of safety norms and regulatory compliance as per DGMS guidelines, with a focus on achieving zero NCs during safety audits and reducing unsafe incidents. They are responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, conducting safety rounds, and providing comprehensive safety orientation to staff.

What you'll do

• Track and address concerns raised during safety audits by DGMS, striving for zero non-conformities and continuous improvement in safety standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy digital tools that align with business objectives
• Ensure the effective utilization of digital platforms to improve team efficiency and productivity

What you need

• 10–20 yrs of experience
• Safety management
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E.
