What you'll do

• Own and execute strategic account growth plans, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities — across technology and staffing/talent engagements
• Conduct account mining to map stakeholders, uncover whitespace, and convert insights into a structured pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations
• Partner with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to shape and deliver customized solutions
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client data to surface growth opportunities
