About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting tiles and related products, providing product information, and closing sales. This role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing product options, and offering professional advice on tile selection and installation.

What you'll do

• Greet customers as they enter the showroom, offering assistance and product knowledge to guide their purchasing decisions
• Understand customer requirements by asking the right questions and providing tailored recommendations based on their project needs (e.g., flooring, wall tiles
• Present and demonstrate various tile options, including ceramic, porcelain, vitrified, mosaic, and natural stone tiles
• Offer product samples, brochures, and detailed information on tile specifications, including durability, size, color, texture, and design patterns
• Stay updated with the latest trends, designs, and features in the tiles industry to provide customers with the most accurate and up-to-date information
