About the role

You will manage order processing, monitor client inquiries, and collaborate closely with Customer Care Executives to deliver exceptional service. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely follow‑up, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the Manpower – Back Office department. Process and track sales orders from initiation to fulfillment.

• Process and track sales orders from initiation to fulfillment
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales transactions
• Collaborate with Customer Care Executives to resolve client issues promptly
• Maintain and update sales and client records in the CRM system
