Sales Compensation Operations and Controls analyst

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Sales Compensation Operations and Controls analyst to join our Finance team in Bangalore, India, reporting to Supervisor, sales compensation - Finance. In this pivotal role, you will support accurate, timely, compliant, and audit-ready administration of Infoblox’s global sales incentive programs.

What you'll do

• Manage commission operations, accruals, reconciliations, controls, audit activities, and related accounting processes across Xactly Incent, Salesforce
• Independently manage audit requests and queries from preparation through resolution
• Strengthen documentation, data quality, process governance, and automation while using approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to identify anomalies, improve productivity
• Administer recurring global sales compensation activities in Xactly Incent, including employee setup, organizational data, quotas, bookings uploads, sales hierarchies
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly commission calculations, accruals, payout files, contractor payments, payroll submissions, and management reporting
