About the role

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Follow up with prospective customers via calls, emails, and messages. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth deal closure. Assist customers with documentation, loan processing, and vehicle delivery. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
