Sales Coordinator(Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for a disciplined, assertive, and performance-focused Sales Coordinator to take charge of sales reporting, coordination, and target tracking for both Inside and Field Sales teams. This role requires someone who takes ownership and accountability, drives timely execution, and ensures that performance goals are consistently met.

What you'll do

• Collect daily, weekly, and monthly performance data from Inside and Field Sales teams
• Maintain and update centralized dashboards for calls, visits, closures, revenue, and collection status
• Identify reporting gaps, delays, and discrepancies — and escalate to management when needed
• Align with Sales Head to set team and individual targets and ensure timely communication
• Track progress regularly and flag delays or underperformance with timely reminders and escalation emails
