About the role

Sales Coordinator - Customer Order Desk (Pre-Order)

What you'll do

  • Make regular outbound calls to existing customers and generate repeat orders
  • Handle customer enquiries understand requirements and coordinate quotations
  • Follow up with customers and ensure orders are booked on time
  • Coordinate with field/office sales teams for customer visits and technical queries
  • Maintain customer follow-up records and update ERP/CRM daily
