Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of KodoNorth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential enterprise customers, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with key decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury Managers, and business owners
• Initiate conversations to understand corporate cash management, liquidity, and surplus fund management requirements
• Qualify leads based on business requirements, investment interests, potential AUM, and readiness to engage
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
