Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS | US Shift | Gurgaon

About the role

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for a fast-growing US-focused B2B SaaS company that builds a growth platform for dental practices. The platform covers AI call handling, practice analytics, and patient communication tools, and is used by 5,000+ providers in the US. This is a founding SDR pod of 5–10 reps reporting to the Senior SDR Manager.

What you'll do

• Run high-volume daily outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other social channels to reach practice owners and office managers in the US
• Hold real discovery conversations, qualify prospects against the ICP, and book quality meetings on AE calendars
• Manage your assigned segment or territory cleanly, without overlap with teammates
• Follow a disciplined daily rhythm: morning standup, then focused power-calling blocks
• Contribute to building the team's call scripts, email sequences, and objection-handling frameworks
