Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

As a Sales Executive at DigiLawyer , you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, driving conversions, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups, effective lead nurturing, and maximum conversion of qualified leads into customers.

What you'll do

• Contact new leads within 5–10 minutes of lead generation to maximize conversion opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant DigiLawyer products/services clearly and effectively
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to assess customer needs, intent, budget, and purchase readiness
• Qualify leads and categorize them as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on their buying intent
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM , including customer requirements, vehicle number, stamp state, amount, interest level, and follow-up details
