Sales Enablement Manager (R-20079)

About the role

The Sales Enablement Manager will own and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) sales processes, contract and order workflows, CRM governance and sales enablement practices across the Sales and Sales Support organization. The role will serve as the business and process SME for Salesforce, ensuring effective lead and opportunity management, accurate contract-to-order execution, strong CRM governance and user adoption.

What you'll do

• Act as the business and process SME for Salesforce (SFDC), owning end-to-end lead, opportunity, quote, contract, order and renewal workflows
• Own and optimize sales-side Salesforce processes to improve sales execution, user experience and operational efficiency
• Drive pipeline governance, opportunity management and CRM data quality to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making
• Oversee contract-to-order processes and ensure appropriate controls around products, pricing, approvals, payment terms, contract dates and invoice schedules
• Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT and implementation partners to resolve complex process, system, contract and integration issues
