Sales Engineer

About the role

* Regularly visit customer locations or provide service support over the phone as required. * Collaborate with the Tech Sales/BD team for customized solutions. * Provide technical support to customers at their site or remotely. * Maintain Relationships: * Meet customers regularly to understand and address their requirements.

What you'll do

• Achieve revenue targets for defined product groups (monthly/quarterly). * Prepare and share customer proposals promptly. * Coordinate order processing with distributors
• Update customer interactions and activities daily in the CRM system. * Submit required data reports to the central team on time
• Attend monthly regional reviews to track sales and service performance. * Address risks and deviations identified during reviews with corrective actions
