About the role

The Sourcing Executive (Sales) is responsible for developing and managing a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to drive sales and maximize revenue for the organization. This role involves building strategic relationships, expanding the partner network, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies to achieve business growth.

What you'll do

• Identify, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with partners
• Ensure channel partners are well-trained and equipped with necessary sales tools, marketing materials, and product knowledge
• Drive sales through channel partners and ensure achievement of revenue targets
• Monitor and track sales performance, conversion ratios, and lead generation from partners

What you need
