About the role

The incumbent will be responsible to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

What you'll do

  • Identify, source and secure both long-term and short-term B2B business opportunities
  • Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases per the sales strategy
  • Look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations are met
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development
  • Support the service team by providing customer feedback
