About the role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive - B2B to drive business growth by acquiring new B2B customers and The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, self-driven, confident in field interactions, and capable of independently managing the sales process from lead generation to order conversion.

What you'll do

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers, salons, retailers, and beauty businesses
• Conduct regular field visits across assigned locations in Bengaluru
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and other business-development activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
