Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics
• Maintain and update a database of customer interactions and sales progress
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and address objections effectively
