What you'll do

• Manage and nurture client leads to close deals for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing individual transactions and contributing to overall team goals
• Work on building a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and networking
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions
