About the role

The Closing Head is responsible for overseeing the entire closing process in real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient deal closures. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, legal advisors, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless property transactions.

What you'll do

• Supervise and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions
• Ensure timely completion of all closing-related documentation and agreements
• Address and resolve any last-minute issues that could delay closing
• Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to streamline closing procedures
