Sales Expert – Commerce Platform

About the role

We are looking for a product-oriented Sales Manager who can combine strong consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of Fynd’s commerce platform. This role is responsible for driving revenue by positioning Fynd’s products as strategic business solutions for brands and retailers. You will work closely with product and growth teams to deliver high-quality demos, solve complex business problems, and close high-impact deals.

What you'll do

• Expansion revenue from existing accounts
• Work closely with product and growth teams to deliver high-quality demos, solve complex business problems, and close high-impact deals
• Own and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Conduct structured discovery to identify merchant pain points
