Sales - Formulations

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 15-20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical formulations sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in domestic and international markets A strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead global formulation sales across emerging markets
• Build a high-growth business with full P&L ownership
• Drive market expansion across emerging regions including Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, CIS, Latin America, and Turkey
• Own product portfolio strategy, launch planning, pricing, lifecycle management, and commercialization of new formulations
• Build and manage strategic customer relationships while leading key commercial negotiations, supply agreements, and tender opportunities
