About the role

Forecast sales performance and deliver business targets. 12-18+ years of sales leadership experience within the renewable energy, power, or electrical industry. Proven track record in Solar Module sales and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business development. Demonstrated success in handling large-value project sales and contract negotiations.

What you'll do

• Lead growth in the fast-evolving clean energy sector
• Drive strategic impact across Solar & BESS markets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Solar Modules and BESS businesses
• Drive revenue growth through utility, C&I, EPC, and channel sales
• Build and manage relationships with key customers, developers, EPCs, and distributors
