What you'll do

• Lead and scale a high-growth personal care ingredients business
• Own P&L and drive market expansion across India
• Develop and execute the India growth strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives
• Lead the commercial organization and drive achievement of annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets
• Own overall business performance, including P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and contribution margin optimization
