About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our organization at ibis Hyderabad HITEC City, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage all sales activities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key accounts and business partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives while fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives while fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales activity reports, account production reports, and business development analyses to senior leadership
• Provide market feedback to senior leadership on changing market conditions, emerging trends, client requirements, and competitive landscape developments
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by senior leadership to support organizational goals and initiatives
