Sales Manager

About the role

As Sales Manager for India, you will drive sustainable and profitable growth for CAMECA’s instrumentation portfolio across the country. You will develop opportunities with academic and government research institutes, semiconductor and advanced materials organizations, and industrial customers, while managing complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract closure.

What you'll do

• Sales Growth & Business Development
• Own the India sales plan and deliver profitable order intake, revenue growth, margin, forecast accuracy, and cash-collection objectives
• Develop strategic accounts and create new business opportunities across academic and government research institutes, semiconductor and electronics organizations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with scientific users, laboratory leaders, procurement teams, finance stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
• Identify customer applications, technical requirements, funding sources, approval processes
