Responsible for sourcing and acquiring Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct channels, achieving sales targets, ensuring portfolio quality, and delivering superior customer service.

• Guide customers on eligibility, documentation, and loan process
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations for smooth file processing
