About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive Business Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and closing LAP deals while building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

What you'll do

• Drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products
• Handle ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores
• Source business through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
