The Sales Manager – CASA is responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, and managing the overall performance and profitability of the branch. What you'll do

• Responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, and managing the overall performance and profitability of the branch
• Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of customer relationships
• Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery
• Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings
• Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement
