Sales Manager

About the role

Looking for a committed, dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the business development efforts in the healthcare diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building partnerships, and expanding the customer base for diagnostic services, including corporate tie-ups, doctor referrals, and direct patient engagement.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, hospitals, clinics, and doctors to drive referrals
• Identify and onboard new B2B and B2C clients for preventive health check-ups and diagnostic services
• Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and motivation to achieve targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends
