Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles is responsible for sourcing Commercial Vehicles business from the bank’s existing customer base. This role focuses on relationship management, cross-selling, and customer engagement to drive business growth and profitability. The position requires strong coordination with internal teams and a commitment to delivering high service standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.

What you'll do

• Generate Commercial Vehicles leads through internal channels including branches, relationship managers, call centres, and loan centres
• Engage with existing customers to understand financial needs and offer suitable Commercial Vehicles
• Conduct customer meetings to assess eligibility, financial standing, and property documentation
• Ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and disbursement coordination
• Deliver timely support and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction
