Sales Manager Cross Sell LAP

About the role

Drive LAP business through cross-selling opportunities with existing customers and fresh customer acquisition, achieving assigned sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement targets.

What you'll do

• Identify and convert LAP opportunities from existing customers and eligible customer relationships
• Generate fresh LAP business through open-market sourcing, customer referrals and direct sales activities
• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline to achieve monthly business targets
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions
• Manage the complete sales journey, from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement
